This model has been developed through Excel. Welsh-speaking local authorities can use them to assess the financial implications (advantages, or perhaps, disadvantages) of changing their fleet to electric battery vehicles - in particular, sweeping, rubbish collection and recycling vehicles. The tool also estimates energy use and the emissions savings by using the electric battery vehicles.
To allow for dual language support of the Total Cost of Ownership model and some crucial functionality, macros must be enabled while using this excel model.
